Hardly any topic is more urgent and relevant worldwide than climate change, and hardly anyone deals with it as competently and differentiatedly as the astrophysicist, non-fiction author, science journalist and television presenter Prof. Dr. Harald Lesch, who has been committed to climate protection at all levels for many years. He entered into an artistic partnership with the Merlin Ensemble Vienna for the program “The Four Seasons in Climate Change” with music by Antonio Vivaldi. Vivaldi's famous composition describes the annual cycle and is considered one of the first program music in history. On this evening it will be supplemented by highly informative stories from Harald Lesch, thus combining it into a completely new, exciting work of art.
