Bus trip Vienna - Budapest
Our excursion begins at the Vienna State Opera. Enjoy the drive from Vienna through the lowlands of western Hungary to Budapest, where we arrive at around 10:15 am.
City tour & guided tour through the old town
The first part of the city trip begins with a sightseeing bus tour through the Pest district. We show you popular sights such as the neo-Gothic Parliament, the magnificent Opera and the impressive Heroes' Square.
At noon there is an opportunity to eat in a typical Hungarian restaurant. After that, the second part of our excursion will take us to the Buda district for sightseeing.
During a guided walk through the historic old town, you will see the royal palace steeped in history, the romantic Fisherman's Bastion, the Matthias Church, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and Margaret Island, which invites you to linger with its spacious parks.
At the end of our city trip to Budapest, you will have free time to shop or relax from around 3:00 p.m. At around 5:00 p.m. we take the bus back to Vienna, where we arrive around 8:00 p.m.
