Renowned Ukrainian artists are guests at the Wiener Konzerthaus as ambassadors of Ukrainian culture and present authentic music and traditional dances from their homeland together with classics from Austria. In the gala they prove with operetta sounds, classical performances and traditional dance: music unites! Art is the common language of all peoples - a language for peace. For many artists it is the first opportunity since the outbreak of this incomprehensible war to perform live again and thus to support their country and their homeland.

The Budapest Operetta Theater has been cooperating with the National Academic Operetta Theater in Kyiv for many years. In order to enable their artist colleagues to earn an income and to support their homeland, the ensemble makes the date planned for the Budapest operetta gala available in the Vienna Konzerthaus.
