In the very Place where Johann Strauß himself used to direct his orchestra from the position of first violin, the absolute essence of Vienna`s classical music can once again be heard daily. The Salonorchester Alt Wien, one of the best-known interpreters of classical Viennese music, presents an evening full of Viennese charm with the lilting sound of waltzes, polkas, arias and duets, as well as operetta and piano concerto melodies.

With the concert & dinner package, you can combine the musical delights of the concert in the Lanner Hall of the Kursalon with a delicious gala dinner in the stylish surroundings of the Restaurant Johann.

- Starter: Viennese tureen of beef on leaf salads with Styrian beans and pumpkin-vinaigrette or Salad of fish from Austrian rivers & lakes with rocket-salad and foam of horseradish
- Soup: Cream of carrots with dill creme fraiche or Beef consomme with semolina dumpling
- Main-courses: Grilled fillet of salmon on creamy lemon balm-pea risotto with foam of tomatoes or Pink roast rump of veal on creamy beluga-lentils with curd-bread-dumplings and tarragon-gravy
- Dessert: Curd-lime cream with jellied peach or Amarena-yoghurt tureen
