A trip to Mozart's time. With candlelight, a menu inspired by historical recipes, artists in Rococo clothing and - of course - the music of Mozart!

As a special highlight, a coloratura soprano - our Queen of the Night - will sing for you!

The Amadeus Consort Salzburg, consisting of 5 string players and 2 singers in historical costumes, presents arias and duets from Mozart's operas "Le Nozze di Figaro", "Don
Giovanni" and "The Magic Flute".

THE NEW YEAR'S EVE MENU
Mozart writes about food in many of his letters.

So why not combine art and cuisine?

- Freshly baked homemade bread with fluffy salted caramel butter
- Greetings from the kitchen
- Yellowfin tuna sashimi, fermented pak choi, avocado, ponzu, yuzu
- Barbary duck essence, stuffed pancakes, mugwort oil
- Gratinated black halibut fillet, tomato risotto, sugar snap peas, saffron foam
- Beef fillet “Wellington”, fried polenta, bimi, port wine shallots, Café de Paris
- “Snickers”: nougat parfait ∙ salted peanut caramel, vanilla hollandaise, amaretto cherries

The concert takes place between the individual courses. Drinks are not included!
