Royal Christmas - Holiday Concerts - Schedule, Program & Tickets

Christmas - probably the most festive time of the year and for many people associated with the desire for moments of peace and reflection. Music is able to give us this and so you are warmly invited to our touching festive concerts on December 24th this year. and invited to the Great Orangery of Charlottenburg Palace on both Christmas holidays!

The music of George Frideric Handel has been touching people's souls for centuries - the Berliner Residenz Ensemble under the direction of Alexandra Rossmann plays from his oratorio Messiah HWV 56 "But who may abide the day of His coming", the pastoral symphony & "He shall feed his flock like a sheperd".

Music by Johann Sebastian Bach and the Concerto grosso op.6 No.8 "Fatto per la note di Natale" by the Italian Arcangelo Corelli with his famous Pastorale will warm your heart and bear witness to mankind's longing for peace and harmony.

Listen to the festive sounds & indulge in the contemplative, Christmassy atmosphere!


Royal Christmas Dinner

Perhaps you can turn your visit to the concert into a feast for all the senses with a royal dinner in the west wing of the Great Orangery on the two Christmas holidays - a Christmassy three-course menu before the concert is provided!
