With his first own formation, the "Harri Stojka Express", Harri Stojka moved in the early 70s / 80s especially in the JazzRock, which has meanwhile moved back into the center of his interest. ACTION BRONSON sampled 2017 Harris song "How much I love you" (now TANK) from that time. Harri Stojka's "Homebase" was in the late '70s, early 80's of the Club Camera Obscura. This club was a scene gathering where the best musicians were to be found. There he got the inspiration for his compositions. The best, newest and most hip music at that time was played in the camera. Harri formed his legendary EXPRESS right there in this music club.
In October 2017, Harri Stojka played on the occasion of his 60th birthday in the sold-out Great Hall of the Vienna Konzerthaus, where he gave a musical review u.a. presented with his "Express" songs. It made him, the band and the audience so much fun that he decided to form an EXRESS Reunion Band. Harri Stojka will release his new album "psycho guitar" in the spring of 2019 - jazz rock with rhythmic freedom, highspeed tempos, complex harmonies, improvisations on long, formal tracks, crazy soloing that comes from 12tone music played on his legendary Gibson Les Paul Goldtop Year 1969.
