Itinerary:
5:30 p.m. – Embarkation
6:00 p.m. – Departure
2-hour cruise along the Danube and circumnavigation of Margaret Island
8:00 p.m. – Return to Dock 11
9:00 p.m. – Fireworks start
10:00 p.m. – End of fireworks
10:30 p.m. – End of tour

Menu:
Amuse-Bouche: Vegan Cranberry Pecan Cheese Truffles;
Soup: Veal ragout soup with potato dumplings from Nyírség,
OR seasonal soup;
Main course: salmon steak with black sesame crust, chili-mint pea puree and pea pieces,
OR chicken breast with celery puree, bread dumplings with spinach and pickled red onions,
OR duck leg confit with gravy, cabbage noodles, chimney cake garnish,
OR bacon-wrapped pork fillet with grilled potatoes and red onion chutney,
OR beef ragout with dark beer, mushrooms and dark chocolate, bread dumplings,
OR Hungarian Vegan Ratatouille;
Dessert: lemon pistachio sponge cake with white chocolate,
OR chili chocolate mousse with pecans,
OR Strawberry Basil Chia Pudding

Important NOTE:
During the fireworks display, the river will be closed and ships will therefore have to dock at the designated piers. The donning before the fireworks will therefore take place at 8:00 p.m. Guests are welcome to enjoy the views from the front and back of our ship, as well as from our downtown pier. After the fireworks the activity will continue but due to the river closure the ship will NOT continue its route.
