Piano Battle Show
5 course dinner + welcome cocktail (3 types of cocktails) + midnight champagne
Menu:
amuse bouche;
Appetizer: Spring salad with honey mustard dressing / Buchée appetizers filled with a selection of traditional creams;
Soup: Hungarian goulash soup / seasonal cream soup;
Second course: Beef goulash served with egg and pickles / Marinated chicken breast strips served on a creamy bed of risotto and truffle oil / Baked cod fillet with sautéed vegetables and chive mayonnaise sauce / Duck leg confit with steamed red cabbage and cheese potato casserole with onions / Grilled cheese, fresh garden salad and balsamic vinegar Vinegar;
Dessert: fluffy coconut milk tapioca pudding served with honey and forest fruit coulis / chocolate brownie with salted caramel sauce
