This is far more than a classic story. It is a modern theatrical interpretation in which Ukrainian folklore, mysticism, and humor blend with themes of choice, freedom, human nature, faith, and inner strength. The production combines tradition with an innovative theatrical language, creating an atmosphere that captivates the audience from the very first minute and holds them spellbound until the very end.

Minimalist set designs, outstanding acting performances, impressive lighting design, and rousing music transform every scene into an unforgettable theatrical experience that evokes strong emotions and lingers long after the show ends.

“The Witch of Konotop” has become a true cultural phenomenon in modern Ukraine and has garnered widespread acclaim far beyond the country’s borders. It is a production that people talk about, recommend to others, and simply must experience for themselves.
