Built in 1958, the entertainment complex on Vogelweidplatz celebrated its 50th birthday in 2008. Whether it's concerts, musicals, trade fairs or revues, world championships, European championships, world-class tennis and equestrian tournaments or motor sport events: Wiener Stadthalle is an event center that can do it all.

Six different halls are available, from the large arena (Hall D), which can hold up to 16,000 visitors, to the new show stage (Hall F), which is one of the most modern show stages in Europe. Almost everyone who is anyone in show and music business has performed in the Wiener Stadthalle. Whoever fills the Stadthalle has made it - then as now.

With a playable event area of 13,000 square meters, the Wiener Stadthalle is one of the top five event and entertainment venues in Europe. The Stadthalle scores with maximum multifunctionality. It is a concert hall, show stage, event or motor sport arena, trade fair and congress center, TV studio, circus and venue for major international sporting events. Up to 1.2 million people visit the shows at Wiener Stadthalle every year.
