Treulose - schedule, program & buy tickets

Translated from German by Renate Bleibtreu

A screenwriter and director—the aging Ingmar Bergman—reflects on an affair based on his own experiences: The actress Marianne is married to the conductor Markus; they have a daughter. When Marianne cheats on Markus with their mutual friend David, an abyss of jealousy and hatred opens up.

*TREULOSE* is a multi-layered psychological drama about adultery that blurs the line between passion and self-destruction. At its core are love, the longing for it, and the ever-present threat of its failure.
