(Hamburg, October 20, 2025) Following the successful anniversary tour in 2024, Max Mutzke will be back on the road with his band throughout Germany in 2026, playing thirteen concerts as part of his live tour, including one in Austria.
His fans can look forward to the hits of the last 22 years as well as new songs. The impressive career of singer and songwriter Max Mutzke began in 2004 with the number 1 hit "Can't Wait Until Tonight", with which he took 8th place at the Eurovision Song Contest. Since then, the artist with the recognizable, soulful-soft voice has been delighting his fans with various musical facets. Whether pop, rock, soul, funk or jazz - Max Mutzke masters every genre.
Max Mutzke has now released eight studio albums and two live albums. His latest album "XX" was released on October 11, 2024 - in the twentieth year of his impressive career. It does justice to all facets of the artist and - unlike the last albums - is not a purely German-language album: His song "Forever Strong", with which he once again took part in the ESC preliminary round in February 2024, can be found on the album as well as the song "California Spider", which was released on August 9, 2024.
In addition to his distinctive voice, Max Mutzke inspires his audience above all with his versatility. The singer has already proven this in collaborations with various artists: For years, Max Mutzke has played with jazz greats such as Klaus Doldinger, Wolfgang Haffner, Bill Evans, Till Brönner, Nils Wülker, Matti Klein Band, Marialy Pacheco and many more, but also with the biggest and most successful big bands such as the SWR Big Band, the WDR Funkhausorchester, the Big Band der Bundeswehr or even with classical orchestras such as the NDR Radiophilharmonie, the Filmorchester Babelsberg or the string quintet Takeover Ensemble.
He also continues to enjoy success on TV: in 2019, Max Mutzke won the first edition of the TV show "The Masked Singer" in the costume of an astronaut and at the beginning of 2021, his first own TV format "Lebenslieder" started on ARD, which was continued in April 2022.
Max Mutzke looks back on his extraordinary life with its highs and lows in the book "So viel mehr. My story", published on October 9, 2024. In it, he talks about his childhood in the Black Forest with five siblings, strokes of fate and his path into show business.
In addition to his numerous projects, social commitment is a matter close to his heart.
