"Sleeping Beauty" is considered the masterpiece of composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. Head choreographer Reginaldo Oliveira is interested not only in the captivatingly beautiful ballet music and the enchanting fairytale motifs, but also in the archaic questions of good and evil, rejection and the resulting revenge that this fairytale raises.

"For these central scenes in particular, Oliveira has developed an original, modern ballet language based on classical pointe work, which unfolds expressive movement phrases to Tchaikovsky's bars.
