Three brothers, three instruments - and one passion: chamber music. Jérémie Moreau swapped ballet for the piano, his brother David shines as a violinist with a degree from the Paris Conservatoire, and Edgar, the eldest, has long since established himself as an internationally acclaimed cellist. Together they form the Trio Moreau, an ensemble that combines virtuosity and joy of playing. At the Palais im Großen Garten, the young French musicians will perform two highlights of early Viennese Romanticism: the two monumental piano trios by Franz Schubert. The two masterpieces are full of melodic bliss, paired with formal creativity and the greatest depth of expression. Robert Schumann aptly called them "a raging celestial phenomenon above the musical bustle of the time". An evening of chamber music that promises maximum intensity and touching moments!
