When the curtain rises on the Sommerarena Baden in June 2026, 120 years after its opening, the new season will kick off with musical fireworks: the grand operetta gala. An evening full of melodies, emotions and charm - the kind you can only experience in Baden. Bühne Baden stands for operetta like no other theater - this genre has a home, heart and presence here. To kick off the season, the Bühne Baden orchestra and outstanding soloists celebrate the great jewels of operetta: from lively waltzes and fiery Csárdás sounds to unforgettable love duets by Lehár, Kálmán, Strauss and many others.
