Vienna Classic offers the highest possible level of security in the booking and purchasing process.
In the last step of the order processing we use for the transmission of sensitive payment data the SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer) with the EV mark (extended validation) - shown by a green line (also recognisable by the URL address: "https://" instead of "http://"). Thanks to the latest security standards, this security protocol encrypts sensitive payment data during transfer between users and the viennaclassic.com© server in order to protect data from being read by third parties. Personal data is saved in accordance with Austrian data protection regulations.
The payment process is carried out via mPAY24 GmbH, a PCI-certified payment platform. Using mPAY24 proSAFE offers the secure possibility of linking sensitive payment data (credit card information and data for electronic direct debiting) with a customer number. By registering and creating a customer profile, this data will be safely stored after your first booking with mPAY24 GmbH. You can then conveniently recall your data when it comes to making subsequent bookings, without having to enter it all again.
