Star Wars - The Return of the Jedi Knights in Concert

In 1983, with "The Return of the Jedi Knights," George Lucas completed the original trilogy of his Star Wars saga. Iconic figures such as Yoda and Darth Vader, fantastic locations such as the desert planet Tatooine or the second Death Star and Oscar-winning special effects fascinate viewers of different ages to this day. Not least thanks to the award-winning soundtrack by John Williams, the space epic gained cult status. A galactic cinema and sound journey awaits audiences and spectators when the third film of the science fiction saga arrives in the concert halls.

The movie with live orchestra

While a symphony orchestra plays the impressive soundtrack live, the film is shown in full length on large-screen wall. The second, even more powerful Death Star, which is to seal the final demise of the rebels, is nearing completion. The rebels are uniting their forces on Moon Endor to fight against the Empire and thus the dark side of power. Meanwhile, Luke returns to the remote planet of Dagobah to complete his Jedi Knight training with Master Yoda. From him he learns that he has to face this one last time his father, Darth Vader. While the attack on the Death Star begins, the lightsaber duel between father and son occurs again.
