Lipizzaner classic - from the traditional carriage ride to the high school of classical horsemanship
The Lipizzaners are considered the oldest cultured horse breed in Europe and are known worldwide for their elegant equestrian performances. A little-known chapter in the history of this breed is that Lipizzaners were always used as exquisite carriage horses at the court of the Habsburgs, in addition to being trained at the high school of classical horsemanship. The performance "Lipizzaner Classic" gives you an insight into the skills of the Lipizzaner and, in addition to the classic program items of the high school, also includes performances with carriages that come from the Lipizzaner Stud Piber on the
Give a guest performance at the Spanish Riding School in Vienna. Enjoy the wonderful performances of the riders of the Spanish Riding School and their teammates from the Lipizzaner Stud Piber in the wonderful baroque ambience of the Winter Riding School, accompanied by classical Viennese music.
Admission is free for children between the ages of 3 and 6 (lap area).
We ask for your understanding that children up to the age of 3 and dogs are not allowed in the performance.
