Update 06.04.2020 - Events in Austria are canceled until the end of June 2020. Since a large number of institutions are currently closed or only have very limited contact options, we ask for your patience that the clarification of the return or replacement dates will take a little longer. All of our customers will be informed individually via email as soon as possible.

 

Update: 20.03.2020 - the measures are prolongued until the 13th of April - this site will be updated as soon as possible

Due to the stricter measures taken by the Austrian federal government to combat the corona virus, the office is currently not staffed and requests can only be processed by email. We kindly ask you to refrain from sending your inquiries several times. All inquiries will be answered in any case. We ask for your understanding for longer processing times due to this exceptional situation. 

Refund modalities:

 Vienna Classic endeavors to inform all of its customers individually as quickly as possible. Please be patient as it will take some time. In many cases, the refund will be made automatically; our customers will receive more information in the information email. 

If there are any replacement dates, we will also inform you as soon as possible.

 

In Austria, all events with more than 100 participants (indoor) from March 10th, 2020 up to and including April 2nd, 2020 were canceled.

 

Numerous events have also been canceled in many other European cities. Since the duration of the cancellations varies from organizer to organizer, please contact us if you have booked an event outside of Austria between March 2020 and mid-April 2020.
