3-G rule - 25-499 participants

In Vienna, this applies to children from the age of 6.
Self-tests for personal use, which are recorded in an official data acquisition system, are not regulated as approved tests in the ordinance.

The Corona test pass in accordance with the COVID-19 School Ordinance 2021/2022 is also valid as 3-G proof.
The 3-G rule applies to entering and driving certain locations and operating facilities (such as sports halls, outdoor swimming pools, zoos, cinemas, etc.) as well as using certain means of transport (coaches and excursion boats).
Since September 1st, PCR tests are only valid for 48 hours as entry tests for people over the age of 12; from October 1st, antigen tests are no longer considered entry tests.

2-G rule - from 500 participants

For meetings with more than 500 participants, access is only possible with proof of a vaccination, international vaccination pass, separation notice and proof of neutralizing antibodies.
A negative PCR test is no longer possible for access.

These rules are applicable for all persons attending from the age of 12 and older.
