The stage dance show "Lord of the Dance", which has been popular across generations for 25 years, returns to the limelight in 2022 on the occasion of its big anniversary.
Since its premiere, "Lord of the Dance" has visited more than 1,000 venues around the world and thrilled more than 60 million people in 60 countries on all continents. The breathtaking, thrilling, magical show quickly became one of the most successful dance productions in the world.
The adventurous journey to "Lord of the Dance" began with Michael Flatley's dream to create the biggest Irish dance show in the world. And with great determination, courage, unconditional belief in oneself, ambition, hard work and, of course, incredible talent, the exceptional American dancer with Irish roots did something that took the world's breath away: with his spectacular intermission performance at the Eurovision Song Contest in 1994 he provided standing ovations with an overwhelming performance and even overshadowed the actual event. The rest is history and impressive proof of Flatley's belief that “nothing is impossible. Follow your dreams."
